This is a big old beach house in an unusually large, established garden. Recently renovated, it represents very good value for a big family with children. There are four large, sparsely furnished bedrooms downstairs, grouped in pairs (a double and a twin: a double and a room with a bunk bed) with shower rooms between. Upstairs is a tastefully decorated master bedroom with polished wood floors, an en-suite bathroom and walk-in cupboard, plus another double en-suite bedroom and a children's room with a bunk bed. The house has two verandahs, front and back, and there are stone steps down to the quiet beach from the terraced front garden. There is a tennis court, but no swimming pool (which would undoubtedly push up the price), an old-fashioned outside scullery and a newly fitted kitchen. There are two maids. The house sleeps up to six adults and four children.
