For US$299 you can get four flights (out of 80 a day) to 13 destinations, including Antigua, Barbados and St Lucia, which are served by British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and bmi. The hitch is that Starpass tickets must be bought in Europe in conjunction with your transatlantic flight and they aren't available on-line.
