This lovely Tunisian island is perfect for sun seeking spring travellers. With a pleasant climate, historic monuments to discover, and a friendly local population, it's becoming an increasingly popular destination. El Riadh, the historic village, has winding cobbled streets and is everything you picture North Africa being. Dar Dhiafa, a 10-minute ride from the island's capital city Houmt Souk, is a lovely hotel made up of four 600-year-old houses with connecting courtyards and Berber interiors, and the village it's located in, Erridah, is very picturesque.
