| THE FACTS ABOUT HURST HOUSE | |
| | |
| You get an invigorating sense of wild Wales en route to Hurst House, which
is tucked away by the seaside village where Dylan Thomas wrote Under Milk Wood. Once you enter the handsome Georgian house the mood gets even wilder. The seven bedrooms of this
funky boutique hotel are a riot of colour while its bar, buzzing with locals as
well as visitors, features modern art and leather sofas. The urban chic is largely attributable to the owners, actor Neil Morrissey and his business partner
Matt Roberts - the duo also acquired Brown's Hotel in Laugharne last April. Their much-applauded restaurant at Hurst House serves modern-British cuisine based on local produce.
