WHAT'S COOKING?
An expanding programme of courses in lovely locations. Teachers include Alastair Little, Nigella Lawson, Peter Gordon, Franco Taruschio and Hugo Arnold.

MENU
On most days, students cook their own lunch under tuition, and can help with dinner. There is enough free time for walking, napping, swimming and loafing.

ADDED INGREDIENTS
Visits to markets and interesting producers, a little light sightseeing and dinner in a 'typical' restaurant.
