TULUM BEACH

TULUM, MEXICO
PHOTO GALLERY
Tulum's beach is an unspoilt stretch of the Mayan Riviera, about two hours south of Cancun. The creamy white shores are backed by limestone cliffs and the ruins of a walled city that dates back to the 6th century: this is the most-visited Mayan site in Yucatan. The sands below are an ideal place to laze, with foot-in-the-beach, cabana-style accommodation available all along a coastline which lies between the sea and the jungle.

THE MONTH TO GO
March, after the New Year rush (and before tourists arrive for Easter holidays), and when the temperature is still comfortable, with 28ºC the average
