This new party villa is in the Munggu District, a five-minute drive from the coast. There is a Bose surround-sound system in the spacious open-air living/dining/bar pavilion, Wi-Fi access everywhere, a TV in every bedroom and a large plasma-screen TV in a viewing room. All six ground-floor, en-suite bedrooms have air-conditioning. Traditional sculptures, a carved Palimanan (local white stone) bas-relief and Balinese paintings add some Asian accents.
There's a 25-metre lap pool, a one-hole golf course at the end of the garden (with six tees and a sand bunker) and a sauna. Above the golf green is an outdoor dining area (a shady, bamboo pergola, the only vernacular architecture in this otherwise contemporary villa) with views across rice paddies to the sea. The villa is a 10-minute drive from the famous Greg Norman-designed Nirwana Bali Golf Course.
