This well-designed, immaculate town house has fresh, contemporary fittings and furniture. What it lacks in style it makes up for with modern amenities such as satellite television and a newly renovated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, and a sunny roof terrace with views of the valley. La Casa de la Torreta has four bedrooms - one on the ground floor with the open-plan living/dining room and kitchen, and three on the first floor.
The main living room is on the second floor and has French windows leading to a balcony; the roof terrace is furnished with a teak table and chairs and has a barbecue. The swimming pool takes up most of the courtyard garden, with just enough room for a table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers. Towering over the village of Pinos del Valle is Giralda, which at 1,420 metres is the highest point of the eastern Sierra de las Guájares.
