ISTANBUL, TURKEY
Some of Istanbul's It girls barely notice the breathtaking views of the Bosphorus, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace from this roof terrace, set on top of a 19th-century building on the old embassy row. They're too busy dancing and sipping Sashahfaction cocktails, made with Bacardi, Safari liqueur, raspberries and lime. At lunch and dinner, though, Restaurant 360 stays true to its name: the food is great, ranging from rice-paper shrimp rolls and grilled sardines in vine leaves to lamb slow-cooked for five hours.
