The scent of lavender, a terrace surrounded by olive trees, a view of the setting sun - what more could you want from a restaurant in Provence? An Alain Ducasse-inspired menu, that's what. The master may rarely be at the stove here, given his extensive business ventures around the world, but his insistence on seasonality and the use of local ingredients shines through in all the food. The menu changes daily, depending on what was picked that morning from the restaurant's own potager. Meals are served outside whenever possible; and given the quality of the wine list, booking a room for the night may well be a good idea.
