On a clear, sunny day with bright blue skies and fluffy white clouds, Connemara is one of the most beautiful places in the world. On the wild west coast of Ireland, it is a place of lakes and mountains, clear streams and pollution-free beaches, with Atlantic rollers crashing all around. Delphi has a holistic approach to mind and body and with more than 30 activities and the same number of face and body treatments on offer, it is the ideal place to combine the two. There are a number of packages available, but it is probably best to go for the individual treatments you really want. Choose from massages (shiatsu, aromatherapy, reiki), any number of scrubs and wraps, facials and seaweed or detox baths. Or for something different, try cryotherapy, an algae wrap for the legs that feels like being encased in cold slime, but is great for getting rid of puffiness.
