As the name implies, the Vineyard at Stockcross is all about wine. The owner, Sir Peter Michael, owns a winery in California and his Berkshire hotel has two Michelin stars (they were awarded their second in January 2007). There are chocolate facials where chocolate mousse is eaten during the therapy, which uses tiramisu serum, chocolate and vanilla milkshake cleanser and a chocolate mask. And for those with a savoury tooth, there are truffle facials. The spa has treatment rooms, a wet area with glass walls looking out on to the grounds, and also a separate gym. There is also a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, plus power showers and Molton Brown products in the changing rooms. And lets not forget about the food: the two Michelin-starred restaurant at the hotel also provides a Bento box-style light lunch to be eaten in the spa.
