This handsome, compact stone house is up in the hills of Son Ferra, a semi-rural residential area between Porto de Pollença and Alcúdia in the north-west of the island. There are wonderful views of Pollença Bay from the swimming pool, which is on a raised terrace in the landscaped and very private grounds. Recently built in traditional finca style, Son Fe d'Alt is well presented and maintained. The entrance is through wooden double doors into a double-height courtyard with two bedrooms downstairs (one a small twin); there are three more bedrooms upstairs, one en suite and all with access to a sunny terrace. The big kitchen is fully equipped, the living/dining room simply furnished (loose covers, cotton-drill curtains) and child-proof.
