With its grand piano and piles of art books, this delightful, vine-covered finca is a relaxed and stylish retreat on the outskirts of the pretty village of Pollença. In two hectares of well-established grounds with uninterrupted mountain views, it is nonetheless within striking distance of restaurants, shops and beaches. The house has one double bedroom with a big bathroom and dressing room and, on the other side of a study/landing lined with books and furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, two sweet twin bedrooms (which share a second bathroom). The caretaker and his wife live in an annexe with three little dogs, a couple of chickens and a stray cat. This is a welcoming, family-friendly house with a fantastic, dark-blue swimming pool in a secluded part of the garden and a big kitchen table or terrace for informal meals.
