THE FACTS ABOUT CASA SOLEADA
Spain Mallorca

Like most villas on the south-east coast, four-bedroom Casa Soleada is a simple, white house built in what is known as 'Ibiza style'. One of the original homes in Cala Serena, an affluent residential area on a pretty marina north of busy Cala d'Or, it has a fantastic waterfront position with views of the marina. The immaculate villa comes with a full-time English butler, housekeeper, maid, gardener and boatman (in charge of the 16-metre motor yacht you'll find moored at the bottom of the garden should you so wish a compelling optional extra). The house is evenly and luxuriously decorated to five-star-hotel standard, with flat-screen TVs and CD players in the two master bedrooms (the other two bedrooms have twin beds) and a complimentary gift-pack of toiletries on arrival. There's a swimming pool and two barbecue areas in the lawned, terraced grounds that lead down to a bathing platform.
