Last November, we asked you to nominate your favourite spas in categories from Urban Day Spas and Hotel Spas to Spa Retreats and Medical/Thermal Spas. We then asked you to rate them according to a number of criteria, including exercise programmes and body treatments, ambience/decor and cuisine.

The results reveal the winners in each category, with the highest scorers ranked as the World's Top 25.
