For long-haul leisure travel, you prefer Singapore Airlines, which is top for punctuality/efficiency, service/staff and child-friendliness (you gave it marks above 88 for all of those). But you cannot do better than Air New Zealand for catering (95.39), or Emirates for in-flight entertainment (91).

Among the low-cost airlines, bmibaby scored highest for child-friendliness (80.27). EasyJet did best for range of routes and convenience of booking (both over 80) while Ryanair won top marks for value for money (78.33).

When travelling on business, Emirates is a safe bet: you gave it scores above 80 for all criteria, and above 90 for range of routes, punctuality/efficiency and luggage handling. Singapore Airlines came a close second, with top marks for in-flight entertainment (96.13) and catering (88.55). If you are looking for value for money, consider Virgin Atlantic: you gave it a top-ranking 86.10 on that cost-cutting criterion.
