Once again, P&O Cruises rule the waves for large ships (more than 350 passengers), with the highest scores for facilities/activities (90) and value for money (89.23). Princess Cruises floated to the top for food/restaurants (91.43) and standard/comfort of cabins (90.48); Royal Caribbean International was best for service/staff (93.85); and Cunard Line for itinerary/variety of destinations (93.85).

For small ships, last year's runner-up, Windstar Cruises, came out on top, scoring highest for facilities/activities (94.75) and value for money (94.55). Silversea Cruises is best for service/staff (96.25) and food/restaurants (76.25), while Seabourn Cruise Line has the finest ambience/decor (90).
