What do you look for in a holiday expert? We asked you to nominate your favourite travel fixer and rate it according to seven criteria: service/staff; variety of destinations; first-hand knowledge; flexibility of arrangements; reliability; range of accommodation and value for money. Cox & Kings came up trumps for service/ staff (97.50) and Carrier for reliability (98.57), while Tropical Locations was voted best value for money (94). The winner, Kuoni, triumphed by showing remarkable consistency: it never fell below 84.40 for any one criterion.
