For unadulterated indulgence, there is nowhere else you'd rather be than the private island of Pangkor Laut Resort in Malaysia. Long a favourite, it went
straight to the top of the Overseas Destination Spa category this year, its sensational new Village Spa winning it sufficiently high scores to ensure that Pangkor Laut also made the number one spot in our 'best of the best' Top 100. You found it impossible
to complain about any aspect of the resort, with scores of 85 or above for all nine criteria, including 95.49 for range
of treatments. Elsewhere, you gave Ananda in the Himalayas a top-ranking 97.34 for its remarkable location; last year's winner Chiva-Som International Health Resort got 97.25 for facilities/equipment and Canyon Ranch Health Resort scored an impressive
